Join us Wednesdays 5pm-7pm for Sidelined Signers. A new group for beginning and intermediate ASL signers looking for help to get off the sidelines. All are welcome!

Join us August 10-16 for Portland Mercury’s Burger Week. As a Deaf-operated community café, we believe great food brings people together. “The Jelling” celebrates teamwork, every ingredient has a role, and together they create something better than the sum of its parts.

Jelling Meatloaf Melt

What’s On It…

Built on thick slices of our café-baked meatloaf, layered with nutty, melty Gruyère, roasted summer vegetables, tangy pickled onions, and our house sauce, all pressed between buttery toasted focaccia. The roasted veggies? Let’s just call them your doctor’s alibi.… we’re just saying your body deserves a little support while the meatloaf steals the show.

What They Say…

Inspired by the comfort of a classic diner meatloaf sandwich, we gave it the Woodstock Café treatment. House-baked meatloaf, melty Gruyère, roasted seasonal vegetables, pickled onions, and our signature sauce come together on toasted focaccia. Familiar, elevated, and built on the idea that the best things happen when everything jells together.
